1. Promoter
The promoter is Cossiga Australia Ltd of 11/578-598 Princes Hwy, Melbourne, Victoria 3174
This promotion is subject to Metcash approval before launch.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 12 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Cossiga, its related entities and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Residents of Victoria, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, an eligible entrant must:
a) Purchase a DTGHT6 or DTGHT9 cabinet through Metcash during the Promotion Period; and
b) Provide any information reasonably required by Cossiga to verify eligibility and the qualifying purchase.
Each qualifying DTGHT6 or DTGHT9 cabinet purchased receives one (1) entry into the draw.
Multiple qualifying purchases are permitted and will each receive a separate entry.
Entrants must retain proof of purchase and provide it upon request.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize consists of a cash rebate equal to the amount paid by the winner for their qualifying DTGHT6 or DTGHT9 purchase, as evidenced by a valid Metcash tax invoice.
The maximum prize value is AUD $9,000 including GST.
The prize will be paid directly by Cossiga via electronic funds transfer following verification of eligibility and purchase.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize is a cash rebate paid by Cossiga and is not a refund from Metcash.
Purchase of a DTGHT6 or DTGHT9 does not guarantee a rebate. Eligible purchasers receive one entry into a random draw for the chance to receive the prize.
6. Prize Draw
The draw will be conducted at Cossiga's Melbourne office at 10:00am AEST on 7 August 2026.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw may be conducted electronically using a random selection process.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw.
The winner's name may be published on Cossiga's website, social media channels and promotional materials associated with the promotion.
8. Prize Verification and Claim
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must provide:
- Proof of identity;
- Proof of eligibility;
- Proof of purchase; and
- Any information reasonably required by Cossiga to validate the entry.
Failure to provide the requested information within fourteen (14) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Marketing Participation
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonably assist Cossiga with promotional and marketing activities associated with the promotion.
Such assistance may include:
- Providing photographs of the installed cabinet;
- Providing photographs of products displayed within the cabinet;
- Participating in case studies or testimonials; and
- Providing written or verbal feedback regarding the cabinet and purchasing experience.
Any published content featuring the winner, their business or premises will be subject to the winner's prior approval, which approval must not be unreasonably withheld.
10. Cancellation of Purchase
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise not completed prior to payment of the prize, the associated entry will be deemed invalid.
Any order cancellation after acceptance and acknowledgement by Cossiga may be subject to Cossiga's standard cancellation and restocking policies.
11. Warranty
All qualifying cabinets, including the cabinet associated with the winning entry, remain subject to Cossiga's standard warranty terms and conditions applicable at the time of supply.
12. Fraud and Verification
Cossiga reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
Cossiga may disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Tampers with the entry process;
- Engages in fraudulent conduct; or
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Cossiga's decision regarding eligibility and prize entitlement is final, subject to applicable law.
13. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the prize remains unclaimed or the winner is found to be ineligible, Cossiga may conduct a redraw at the same location on 28 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST.
Any redraw winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the redraw.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cossiga accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility and awarding the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Cossiga's Privacy Policy.
16. Variation or Cancellation
If the promotion cannot be conducted as anticipated due to circumstances beyond Cossiga's reasonable control, Cossiga reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
17. Acceptance
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
